Refund Policy

Digital Products

• All sales are final: No refunds for digital downloads (templates, guides, etc.) unless the product is defective or not delivered (notify us at [email protected] within 7 days).

• You waive your statutory cooling-off right once digital content is accessed/downloaded.

Online Courses

• Where a refund is available, the eligibility, conditions, and process will be clearly stated on the relevant course’s product page and checkout.

• Where eligible, requests must be made within the stated refund period and in line with criteria shown at point of sale.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

• If your product/course is faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days with your order details for a resolution.
